wow what do i doo?

im getting really tempted to cheat on my diet because people at work always bring yummy things like cooooooookies and cakessss and cupcakes…omggg i just want to eat it because i have the biggest sweet tooth and all that is my weakness! what should i do to keep myself from these “moment on the lips forever on the hips” kinda foood? =[ help! i just need to survive 11 days and today is my 5th..6 more days! i cant quit! give me tips because im on the verge!

    Bring in healthy foods that are low in calories and that you like to work, and if you ever feel tempted to eat the cookies or cake, just snack on whatever you brought in!

    Find a low calorie snack that you really really like. Bring Light Buttered popcorn, or the 100 calorie packs. Bring drinks that are sweet without the added sugar or artificial flavoring. Just stay away from wherever the treats are, and if they offer them to you, just flat out say no without thinking about it. The less you think about it, the less of a problem it becomes. Good Luck!

    1. eat high-fiber foods. you won’t be hungry, and probably less tempted to eat what’s in front of you! (beans, corn, oatmeal, etc.)
    2. find substitutes for the heavy-fatty things! Fiber One chocolate/oats bars are VERY good, and they are high in fiber (only 140 cal).
    3. don’t give up! and drink water =)

    just a pinch of everything wont make you fat…portion control darling!hit the gym 6 days a week and yeah,you wont even feel like you actually ate all those crap(even if it was only a pinch)…
