Wow Exodic Pets For The New Patch?

The new patch is coming out with hunter being able to tame exodic pets at 60 like the devilsaur, but i want to be a 60 twink and not level up. So is their anyway I can stay 60 with my pet being able to level up to 60 with me not leveling to 61? And the devilsaur is 54 i belive.

Once your pet hits lvl 60 with you, which he will, he will not be able to gain xp until you have hit lvl 61, his xp bar will freeze.
