No, you should not do that… there will be a possibility that Blizzard will banned your account forever.
Besides, if you ask someone to level it for you, you wont be able to master the skills/talent of your character… You’ll be like a level 70 but acts like level 10 noobish…
Here’s a website to help you level up fast.

If you have some cash to spend, I’d say this is a good investment. I myself have used this guide… I’ve reached lvl 60 in 6 days (play time — around 2.5 weeks roughly)
You can download this file and sell it to your own friends for cheaper price and so on.. till you get your own money back…(nothing is free in this world)

This is a very basic guide for leveling…. i said VERY BASIC…
But best of all, its free…
It does not tell you what quest you should take, but it gives you the rough idea where to go for each level.
Hopefully this will help you…
just level up on your own. its fun and you wont get banned
If you’re caught using a power leveled character, or buying gold, you will be banned from the game. Warcraft is very specific about that in their rules.
Also, those who sell power leveling services and gold are trying to make money. That’s why there is no one out there that is going to do that for free. Leveling a character is a time consuming process. No one is going to do that for you.
Finally, learning to play your character is one of the most important things about WoW. It doesn’t matter what skills you possess if you don’t know how to use them. Level your character up on your own, and take the time to figure out how she or he works as you go along. Tailor him or her to your liking, and work on your skills and talents. If you don’t, there’s not a person in the world of that MMORPG that is going to want to play with you.
world of warcraft will steal your soul =/
no you will get banned
Join a group who will power level you. That is, they will spend time taking you to progressively difficult areas and keep you alive while you kill things for xp. It’s free.
Listen to what phate wrote………………..you will get banned. Ignore any and all advertisements and spams during the game that promise you gold, level up, etc. These are mostly scams and if you are caught by WOW then yes, you can be banned from the game.
