I’ve used swagvault.com before and have had them get my account banned. They will go the AH on your toon and do something that will get you a suspension for “exploiting the world economy”, the PWL have been known to use botts, and they will go back at a later date and drain your account of gold and gear, dont do it!!

I’d highly recommend avoiding a power leveling service. That said, you can find guides that help you level faster by recommending questing strategies. Some quest tend to be easier to complete or can be completed faster than others. Some will offer better experience as well. Rather than looking for “power leveling”, try “leveling guide” as your search terms.
If this is your first character, I’d really encourage you to play through and enjoy the game content. After you have a character or two though, try addons like QuestHelper or LightHeaded to help you get through them faster. I wouldn’t recommend to a new player though since part of the game is just enjoying the content.

Most of them can and will hack your game account at a later date if you give them your info and steal all your gold and valuables, you are better off giving a friend you trust the pass and let him play when you aren’t.

Many aren’t fake, although they’re still risky since you’ll be giving them your personal information. The best thing to do is get a good guide, some add-ons, and learn all the short-cuts. It’s kinda easy to level up when you have add-ons and short-cuts.

None, it doesn’t matter if its fake or not. They still have your info and will hack you at any moment.
Besides, this is breaking the terms and conditions of WoW and you WILL get banned if found to be using a power leveling of any kind.

None, no website that offers power levelling is safe. Not only will they hack your account but Blizzard will also close your account because you used the service. Its a No Win situation.

Leveling guide. It’s fast, it holds your hand, it even comes in Addon form.
    Level yourself.

Yeah I would not encourage this at all. Most sites will ( like everyone else said) hack your account. The best thing I can think of is to get the Questhelper addon. It’s very helpful and you can quest really fast!!
