Me and my boyfriend been together for 6 months and I feel like we’ve been distance. Most of the time would have fun conversations on the phone or text messages. But there were times when I would tell him I had a bad day and he would ask, why, then I would tell him what was wrong. Then he would reply with a, oh that sucks. or im sorry.
It makes me mad that he’s making me think that he doesn’t really care. He seems to care about his video games and movies more than me. He’s 19 and I’m 17. He’s in college now, and I’m still in high school. Sometimes when I really wanted to talk and I’m texting him, he’d be like saying “haha.” “wow. thats weird.” or “mmmm.” like wtf?
He does that when he’s watching a movie or playing video games.
we’re in love and i know he would never want to lose me and i don’t want to lose him either. but how can i get him to care or something? what should i do? dont tell me to dump him unless you got reasonings to support it.
don’t say he’s cheating on me too cuz i know him and he would never cheat on me. he’s not a pig like some guys are. -.-

Maybe, he’s having some personal issues. Just talk it out with him. Make him realize what he has with you. If he really cares he would listen to what you have to say.
Or maybe, he thinks that you know he loves you , and feels like he dosen’t really have to show it like he used too.

Not caring wouldn’t be responding at all. Be thankful your boyfriend is there.
The best thing to do, and you should do, is open up to him. In RL. Not on text, not on the phone. Talk to him and ask HIM what’s up. Guys seem to like it when you talk about them. Try asking if there’s something he wants to talk about.
I don’t see how what he’s saying sounds like he doesn’t care? Texting isn’t the most affective way to talk. Just hang out in rl more. Trust me, the most memorable moments and words should be shared face to face. You’re not connected if your talking through texts.
It may seem hard, because of what you’re afraid of what he may think, but if you don’t open up now how will you later?
Talk to him when he isn’t doing something.
Also, play a little hard to get to make him fight for you more, but that is only a temporary fix at best. I think, he’ll probably stay like that in the relationship.
The best would be to talk to him about it and explain the problem. All relationships have problems. Learning how to fix them and deal with the other person is all part of the game.
