What else do I need to make a computer?

Hey, I have built a few computers in my time… But I am brain farting. What other components do I need? I know these may not be the most expensive items but I really am making this computer as a gift. I am using some parts from my old computer as well.

*Monitor (already have)
*Keyboard (already have)
*Mouse (already have)
*CD/DVD drive (already have)
*Vista OS (plan to purchase 129$)
*CPU Cooling Fan (20$)
*Biostar P4M900-M7 SE Socket 775 Barebones Kit – v7.0, Intel Pentium D 945 3.40GHz OEM, 3GB DDR2 PC5400, ATX Mid-Tower Case, 250gb HDD, 450 Watt Power Supply (180$)
Cheap Sound Card 5.1 surround (10$)
*EVGA GeForce 8600 GT / 256MB GDDR3 / SLI Ready / PCI Express / DL Dual DVI / HDTV / Video Card (50$)
*Games for my nephew (WoW AoC Warcraft Battle Chest etc. Thinking around 200$ but will not include in total because thats a maybe..)

So total so far is: 400 (because of CA tax and shipping)

Any components I am missing? anything I could add? He has cheap speakers.

    a better gfx card…that 8600GT will slow AoC down to a crawl..I would get a 9600GT…awesome bang for the buck
