   There are loads of ways to level up power, win battles, win levels with certain percentages and going through the level with the most kills. Hope my answer was helpful?

   the best way to power level is through Recruit a Friend if your friend is within 5 levels of you and you quest together you get 300% more xp and that counts with quest turn ins to if you dont do that the fastest way to level im sorry to say is questing alone thats the fastest way dungeons take 1 hour and you gain half a level until 50 from them you gain 2 levels a hour from just questing.

   All safe, but some are better than others, you can find everything on there, so im sure you can find a guide about power levelling on WoW.
