When you're in a dungeon with an 80 or some higher toon running you through, you don't get as much xp as you would doing quests. The first lvl 80 (preferably a pally) goes into an instance and pulls the whole instance. ( Both lvl 80's should be in your group at this point ) Then the second lvl 80 will leave thr group and the first will run past with the whole group pulled and run out of the instance.
