Good WarCraft PowerLeveling Guide?

I am looking for a comprehensive WoW guide for both Alliance and Horde races. I need something that covers questing and power leveling. I would prefer an in-game guide (no Alt+Tabbing) and nothing that will get me banned from World of WarCraft.
What guide(s) do you use?

The absolutely best WarCraft guide can be obtained at http://www.WarCraft80.com . Believe me, I know this because I have tried many of them.
Their guides have everything you want and more. They cover every class and every aspect of the game. They boast that they will show you how to got to level 80 in 5 days. I did my level 80 in 1 week.
Also, their gudes are in-game and completely approved by Blizzard.

A great one that can be found on the internet is one called “Jame’s Alliance Leveling Guide” or “Jame’s Horde Leveling Guide.”
They are free and the guides are made so that the quests you do give good experience as well as the quests are listed to be done in a certain order to elimiante you running all over the place wasting time. Jame groups the quests so that you do them in one area. He also eliminates quests that take too long and don’t give much xp.
The best free one that I know of is Jame’s stuff. http://www.wow-pro.com/ Also get some add-ons to help there are a few awesome ones where I just thought it was faster to level just add-ons and not with the guide.
A lot of people don’t realize that there are some amazing tools out there to help you build up your World of Warcraft account. It doesn’t matter if you are looking to level up faster or if you are trying generate gold to buy new elite armor.
