does any1 know where i can find platinum in guild wars? i’m trying to start a guild called “The Trojan Alliance” and i need to find platinum to make the capes. If any1 knows where tell me the city and who is selling it and if i can find it in battle or exploration that would be even better cuz i only have like 100 gold coins so i probably couldn’t afford it from a merchent or something

if u need to contact me on the game, my character’s names are “Terrence The Trojan”, and “Slim The Enchanter” and i am on EVERY day so message me on there if u can and also answer on here so u can get the points

Guild Wars Nightfall Question?

I was on the Guild Wars wiki looking up armor, and was horrified to see that the later armor, (after elonian) in Nightfall, costs up to 70,000 platinum!!! What the hell are they trying to do to us?!?! Plus all the crafting materials??? Ahhhh! I’m only lvl 11 right now, just started guild wars, and have only made 5 platinum by selling items I get from monsters. Now honestly. Each time I sell something, the merchant buys it for about 20 gold or less. So in reality, how will I ever have enough platinum to buy the Primevil armor?!?!? In the Nightfall Campaign, what would you guys recommend the best way of earning money is?

First of all, your little brother probably got his account broken into because he wasn’t careful with it. And if he is obese because all he does it sit around playing on the computer then it’s his problem. I don’t want to hear how your brother got fat from playing guild wars. Next time, don’t both answering a question you will only eventually spam up.

i have heard that guild wars is good so i’m gonna get it and i wuz wondering if i got the one called nightfall that is newere would i have to get the previous versions of it or could i just go ahead and get it.. and can anybody tell me if u make gold…

and i wuz wondering if there wuz proffesions like enchanting, tailoring, skinning.. etc.

acked and i got banned by both game companies, now i got my game back from WoW, they looked up my account and saw i was hacked by game gold sellers and they understood, but i recently wanted to get back into guild wars but they wont give me any real solutions, they just say game gold selling is against our rules and yada yada. but i didnt do anything and my account was hacked? so is there a way to prove this? i mean should i send them my wow emails proving i was hacked with both games? this is the 3rd time i contacted customer support and nothing. any help is appreciated, thanks

Any one got their account suspended for purchasing in game gold for real money? o man today when i log in to guild wars, a message pop up saying that my account is suspended for 72hours for purchasing gold for real money, but WTH i didnt buy any gold for real money…..i wonder how they track ppl buying gold from other webs, i think they made a mistake or something, cuz my friend gave me around 60k gold yestoday for some items because i just started GW, but now im banned ..wth is this? and also on the policy page of GW, it says that the addmin will take away all my items and gold OMG is this true?
anyone got any answer to this, i really dont want my items taken away.

Guild Wars Account Recovery, can’t remember character name; No NCsoft account either.?

So I played Guild Wars 2-3 years ago for about 2 days. Now my friends want me to play it with them. I’m trying to recover my account but it’s so hard to legitimately recover an account. This account has nothing. No expansions. No characters about say 2-3. No gold. But, clearly I’m a hacker trying to hack this account because both NCsoft and Guild Wars support are giving me the run around.

The problem is that I can’t remember my characters name which is the security question. I asked Guild Wars support to please give me one of my characters names from the address that is also my login name. They redirected me to NCsoft. I don’t have an account with them. I don’t even think NCsoft and Guild Wars were affiliated when I started playing the game. I have no idea how to get my account back and I really don’t want to have to buy another copy.

I also can’t find the Guild Wars box as it is lost/destroyed or I threw it away. So I can’t give them anymore information than I’ve already given them (name, date of birth, address).

I’m at a loss for what I should do. D:

i beat the factions campaign and am now bored so if anyone is willing to donate or give, or even loan me 75K i would be eternally grateful, most of you are going to snicker and call me noob while hogging that 200K worth of virtual game money, but if you have nothing better to do with your gold can i please have enough for my elite armor?

Trading wow account for lvl 20 guild wars account?

The wow account is lvl 63 NE hunter with epic mount and great epic shoulders and the rest of gear are blues and grees. also has other reat alts like lvl 30 rogue that is super twinked.
hunter has aroung 150 gold + much more on alts

I see that everyone asks about buying GWs Gold, but on the offical site says if caught buying gold your account will be terminated. Is this true or do they say this to scare you away from the idea?
Just wanted to add that I am not going to buy it, honestly i’m too chicken, lol. But tons of people on this site are asking for cheap places to buy gold, so this intrigued me to ask the question.
