Bill Clinton says not to underestimate Palin. Why are Democrats and the media not listening? ?

Filed in Category WoW Campaigns

Wow, Bill respects her, while Time, NYT, MSNBC, ABC, etc, treat her like she’s a idiot,
Clinton was hated by the Dems by the time he left office because of his centrist policies, reforming welfare for instance, Gore didn’t want him to campaign and neither did Kerry, will they bother to listen to him this time? well Obama or will it be too late?

He doesn’t want them to attack her because he knows she will self-destruct when she has to answer the tough questions. And most Democrats do like Clinton.

    The first responder is lying

I respect Bill Clinton for speaking his mind and not just following what his party says.

They are too busy smearing her and McCain in every heinous way possible to listen to any truth and reason! No, Obama does not want to have anything to do with either Clinton.

Nop in a campaign it should not be underestimate anything. That is why I want to see debates…Or I will see them after the election…

Well, of course many Democrats are not listening, because when you have the two party system like we do, the word “pride” comes into play. Both parties are proud of their running mates, and even if they do not agree with them, neither side will ever admit defeat. As it concerns Bill, well, he isn’t running for anything and I believe that he is speaking truth. I don’t like Palin as a candidate, however we should not underestimate her. Sure she is new and we don’t really know her, but many voters are still undecided and she could be the deciding factor. The media won’t listen because they only care about what gets them the most money. They will cover controversies, and make things more important than they seem. I think that we as voters need to be aware of each candidates strengths and weaknesses, because just like football, politics is something that anything can change in the blink of an eye.

    He is just being respectful.

I fear her not. She is the biggest joke that I have ever seen in all my political life. She is right about thing she is just a dog with lipstick and you know what? That dog don’t hunt.

Bill is an election GURU and I respect his judgement as I believe he is
instrumental to getting Hilary Clinton as far as she got..

Considering his source ..I would listen as Bill knows POLITIC

he said *its the economy stupid* and had this as a campaign mantra

and he even had a sign over his desk when he was running for POTUS

He was the best when it came to politics..i miss Bill Clinton

Well now he said the same thing about Hillary, but did everyone listen then? You think Brother HornDog respects Palin, or just plain diggs her?

    Now, we dance!

Bill does not respect her, he is basically saying she is dangerous. The dems are paying attention, by making sure she does not get to much attention. It is working well.

Did Clinton say that Obama is underestimating Palin? In what way, and what should he do differently?

  14. kck on August 25, 2010 6:01 pm

Bill has a history of thinking in his pants. Apparently, like many men on YA who continue to go on and on about how hot Palin is.

Because the Democratic party CAN NOT SEEM TO LEARN.

2000: Ran an out of touch, elitist liberal Senator. Lost to a good ol’ boy.

2004: Ran an out of touch, elitist liberal Senator. Lost to a good ol’ boy.

2008: Running an out of touch, elitist liberal Senator. Will probably lose to a good ol’ boy.

Seriously, how many elections to you have to lose before you figure it out?

Bill has about as much respect for her as he does for pit bull with lipstick. What he means is don’t underestimate what an evil, conniving,
lying, witch she is and her ability to fool people into believing she’s something she’s not. In other words he’s telling democrats to watch their backs and don’t let her get away with anything.

It’s in the Clintons’ best political interests for Obama to lose the election. (I say that as a Clinton supporter who does not support Obama.) It’s vile, sexist, and disgusting what the media has done to Palin; they’ve tried to tear her down as much as possible. They were also unfair to Hillary, but to a lesser degree. After seeing all the hypocrisy, bias, and outright hate from the democratic party, there’s no way I’m supporting them in this election (and I’ve been a democrat for a long time). I can’t, in good conscience, sacrifice my integrity to their wiles.

If you are a chess player, or anyone who has any kind of experience in competition, the first rule of the game, is to never underestimate your opponent.

I would venture to say never underestimate a Woman on main street, because when you get right down to it, 80% of American Women, Black, white, green, blue or purple are going to McCain, Palin and Bush will be like flash cards and they will do the right thing. Don’t think you can make a fool out of these women by bring palin on the ticket, it will not work! Republican Women are intelligent, Christians, and will do the right thing for their families every time!

  22. obama smear the fear monger on August 25, 2010 9:26 pm

    you watched that to?

yeah, you could tell he was in total shock over her.
the look on his face and the length of time tofor him answer tells me he is serious and real about what he said for her.
I would use that as an endorsement for her from him.
yeah, he is into her and saying that the liberals are underestimating the fact that she trully is the “real” true american who lives in the true american family values.

  23. jim c the Ol' Foolosifer on August 25, 2010 9:30 pm

They should listen to him. Think about it! Ol’ Bill is, #1, a womanizer, #2, he is a great politician, #3, He knows the opposition.
He wanted Hillary in as the POTUS but the media killed that, so now he is advising them, or should I say giving notice.
