I would go with the recruit a friend program. I use it and have lvled 2 locks, 2 rogues, pally, and druid all to lvl 60 in under a month and I have 60 free lvls to pass out to any of my other toons.
If you haven’t opened a wow account yet or are willing to open another I can recruit you and multi box all 3 accounts using keyclone and I will lvl your toon with my next set of toons.

You could always just recruit a friend, pay the extra money and two box your way to 60. If you play a couple hours a night it takes about a week. Would probably be cheaper, and safer since these people who are power leveling you will have your account info.
Or you could buy an account already made. http://buymmoaccounts.com/ Is a really well run site. I’ve never bought anything from them, but I have sold accounts to them with no problems at all.

That just sounds pitiful. He is willing to pay a subscription fee to play a game, then hire someone else to play it for him.
I think you are missing the point of playing a game.
And asking for a reputable power leveling company is like asking for an honest drug dealer. You are asking for someone to help you cheat at a video game and giving away your username and password for it. Plus, it is pretty easy to catch people doing that (especially with the ‘Warden’ software monitoring you). Good luck getting a refund if your account gets banned for it.
